Motorcycle Claims Specialist Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Claims Officer to join our Motorcycle team. This position will see you provide superior claims service, determining policy coverage and concluding claims in a timely manner.
* This role involves managing lodgements and repairs for Motorcycle Claims, utilizing multiple claims systems and processes.
* You will maintain positive relationships with insured parties, agents, and service providers.
* Interpreting policy coverage is crucial in this role, as you will determine if coverage applies to submitted claims.
* You will receive, record, and process incoming insurance claims.
* You will authorize payments within your scope of authority, settle claims efficiently, and ensure timely issuance of disbursements.
* Prior experience in a similar claims role is highly advantageous.
* Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities.
* Strong negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
* A quick learner who is comfortable with technology.
