About the Role
We are urgently seeking experienced female support workers to join a specialised care team supporting an NDIS participant in the Bundaberg region (for an NDIS Participant located in Bargara QLD 4670).
This is a team-based arrangement with rostered shifts shared among 5–8 consistent workers. We're looking for reliable, proactive, and mental health-trained support workers who can provide stable, structured, and person-centred support.
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking female support workers aged 25–40 (participant preference) with experience in supporting participants with:
* Brain injury or cognitive impairments
* Personality disorders (e.g., BPD)
* Complex mental health presentations
* Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSP)
Workers must demonstrate emotional maturity, clear boundaries, and a trauma-informed approach to care.
Essential Criteria:
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
* National Police Check
* First Aid & CPR Certification
* Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
* Mental health training or experience (required)
* Understanding and implementation of PBSPs
* COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
* Driver's licence and own vehicle (preferred)
