Job Description
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to our legal professionals, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documents and correspondence.
* Handle incoming phone calls, emails and visitor inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
* Liaise with law firms, courts and other legal professionals.
* Maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure efficient record-keeping.
* Maintain office systems and supplies.
* Provide support for special projects and events as needed.
* Undertake ad hoc tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role, preferably within a professional services environment.
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently.
