About the Role
* This position is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives to maintain and enhance product quality.
* The successful candidate will conduct thorough inspections of products to ensure they meet customer expectations and industry standards.

* The individual will oversee production records, guaranteeing adherence to established processes and quality protocols.

* Collaboration with management and supervisors will also be essential to maintaining efficient production practices.
A background in CNC machinery and ideally CMM programming is highly desirable. However, a willingness to learn or transition into a quality assurance role will be considered.
Key skills include an understanding of design tolerances, manufacturing processes, and quality control methods. Organisational and time management skills are also essential for this role.
While a Certificate III in Mechanical Engineering is preferred, it is not mandatory. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills in an advanced manufacturing environment and contribute to critical infrastructure projects.
