Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, colleagues, and industry networks Manage accurate documentation and ensure seamless handover of new listings to Property Managers. Maintain and grow the client database, tracking appraisals and new managements. Engage in continuous learning by attending training, meetings, and staying updated on industry changes. THE CANDIDATE: A minimum of 12 months experience in property management, real estate or general sales Excellent negotiation skills & excellent written and verbal communication skills You will possess competent computer skills.
