About The Role
We’re hiring permanent full‑time Customer Service Advisors to join our Darwin‑based Contact Centre, where you’ll be at the heart of the action during some of the biggest moments in sport. As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be part of a high‑performing team that supports customers across multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat. You’ll handle betting inquiries, process inbound telephone bets, and solve customer problems with speed, empathy, and attention to detail. You’ll also collaborate with teams across Payments, Security, Safer Gambling, and more, making you a go‑to source for accurate information and exceptional service.
This is a permanent full‑time position. Rosters will vary and include evenings, weekends, and public holidays. We are particularly seeking team members who are available throughout our busiest sporting seasons, including the cricket and tennis season coming up soon.
Please note: You must be available for 3 weeks of full‑time training starting 27th January 2026 (training includes Saturdays).
What You’ll Do
- Handle betting inquiries and customer support across phone, email, and live chat
- Process inbound telephone bets with accuracy and efficiency
- Solve customer problems with a focus on detail and great outcomes
- Log clear, concise notes in our customer database
- Stay up to date on bet types, key events, and industry trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences
- Adapt to extra duties and upskilling opportunities across customer service
What We’re Looking For
- Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or a visa that permits full‑time work
- Previous customer service experience is essential; contact centre experience is a strong advantage
- Strong verbal communication skills for this phone‑based role
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a structured, KPI‑focused environment
- Flexibility to work rotating rosters including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Strong numeracy and computer literacy (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
- A team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, supportive environment
- Commitment to compliance, quality, and continuous improvement
