Job Description
We're seeking an experienced IT professional who can drive our technology infrastructure forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch IT support, managing global SaaS administration, overseeing device logistics and management, strengthening our security and compliance posture, building IT automations and integrations, contributing to infrastructure and project work, and serving as a trusted partner to cross-functional teams.
You'll have 5+ years of experience in IT Engineering or Support, with a proven track record of supporting remote and globally distributed teams. You'll master core tools like Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, 1Password, Kandji, Intune, and Vanta, and have a deep understanding of security and compliance frameworks.
You'll be comfortable with ambiguity, proactive in finding answers, and motivated by helping others succeed. You'll thrive in fast-moving startup environments and love helping people succeed through technology.
