Customer Service Liaison
The primary function of the Customer Service Liaison will be to match sales orders with purchase orders, facilitate communication with customers, foster long-term relationships, and address customer complaints in a timely manner.
* Match sales orders with purchase orders and verify for out-of-stock items
* Communicate effectively with customers to place sales orders and resolve inquiries
* Foster strong, sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
* Address customer complaints and provide resolutions within time-sensitive limits
* Advise customers on product ranges and price trends
* Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, and Purchasing departments
* Initiate outbound calls to drive sales and address client needs
* Provide assistance with payroll-related tasks as required
* Offer friendly and professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Key skills and qualifications include:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in Customer Service or Administration
* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to diverse types of characters
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience with Pronto and/or Redmap is advantageous but not essential
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* Proficiency in using MS Office
