CRICKS NOOSA is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team across our multi-franchise dealership, representing KIA, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Chery and Subaru

To be successful, you'll need:
· A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Sales Manager or 2IC role within automotive retail
· Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and manage a team
· Strong understanding of dealership operations, stock control, and customer service
· Prior experience with Dealer Management Systems
· Professional and personable with excellent communication skills
