About the team
The Business Partnerships team plays a vital role in managing relationships with organisational clients and ensuring that the value of myWorkZone systems, assets, investments and capabilities is fully realised. The team partners closely with operational divisions to align technology solutions with business needs, enhance service delivery outcomes, and support strategic planning across Government Shared Services (GSS).
They work collaboratively across internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation, champion change, and support the effective uptake of myWorkZone solutions.
Your day-to-day
Reporting to the Director, Business Partnerships the role will:
· Lead business relationships as the central liaison point for all GSS engagements across organisational divisions. Including the management and coordination of complex service issues escalated by stakeholders into GSS.
· Ensure business planning integrates myWorkZone considerations to support improved business outcomes.
· Lead the management and delivery of myWorkZone solutions, proactively identifying opportunities that improve service delivery.
· Assist clients with developing business cases, consolidating analysis and information to support decision making.
· Lead project management activities, including new or updated system requirements and business processes.
· Provide proactive, evidence-based advice and reporting to the Director and Executive Director.
· Liaise across divisions and external stakeholders to support service design, program development and policy implementation.
· Support delivery of change initiatives related to GSS Service Delivery, promoting learning and communications to enable sustainable adoption.
