Your Opportunity

As our NSW Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to partner for a loyal network of trade stores, industrial supply distributors, and welders on the tools.



From presenting new innovations to solving technical challenges on-site, you’ll be the face of Dynaweld in the field. Every day is different, and every conversation is a chance to build trust, uncover new opportunities, and help customers win.



Key Responsibilities

* Drive growth across NSW by managing, supporting, and expanding relationships with key distributors and end users
* Build trust on the ground — conduct in-store visits, on-site demos, toolbox talks, and technical training to add real value
* Uncover new opportunities by identifying gaps in the market, engaging new accounts, and expanding our regional footprint
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, customer satisfaction, and after-sales support
* Champion our brands by staying on top of product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity
* Maintain clear visibility of your pipeline using CRM tools and deliver regular progress updates to the sales team
* Bring energy to events by participating in trade shows, expos, and customer activations across NSW

What You’ll Bring

* Proven experience in B2B sales or account management — ideally in the welding, industrial, safety, or hardware sectors
* Solid technical knowledge of welding products or the drive to learn fast
* Natural relationship-builder with a hunter mentality and a hands-on attitude
* Self-starter who thrives on the road, loves meeting people, and takes pride in smashing targets
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly throughout NSW. Regular overnight trips to customers is required with minimum of 5 nights per month
