Technical Support Role

This role involves delivering quality assistance via various communication channels and ensuring prompt resolution of complex technical issues.
* Diagnose and solve intricate technical problems and service outages

* Escalate critical customer-related issues through appropriate channels
Required Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you will need:
* A minimum Diploma/Degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Electronics or equivalent
* 3-5 years of experience in a related field
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in both hardware and software
You should also possess:
* Experience in customer service, technical support, and project management
* Excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems (Active Directory, file sharing, IIS, clustering, GPO, performance monitoring)
Technical Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* In-depth knowledge of networking principles and IP protocols
* Experience working with networking equipment configuration and troubleshooting (switches, routers)
Additionally, proficiency in:
* Programming languages such as C#, Visual Basic, VBScript, PowerShell, or similar technologies
* Microsoft SQL Service administration experience
