Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead our store team and drive business success. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supervising daily store operations, developing team members, and delivering outstanding customer service.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives, coach and develop team members, and live our company values. You will be a safety leader, always providing a safe work environment for yourself, team members, and customers.
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience, or be ready for that next step, and demonstrate previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience. A flexible availability, valid driver's license, and physical capacity to perform the duties of the role (including handling products of a heavy nature) are also essential.
