About The Role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join the team at our Bras N Things Port Macquarie Store.
This is a full-time position at 38 hours/week.
* Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help the team deliver on budgets and KPIs.
* Succession planning for your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes.
* Execution of Visual Merchandising in-store and ability to use your discretion to make commercial decisions.
* Understanding of Stock Management processes and ability to prioritise tasks.
* Previous experience coaching and providing on-the-spot feedback to your team.
