Key Responsibilities:
* Provide hands-off Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support to end-users across the organization.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely across various devices, platforms, and operating systems.
* Support both Mac and Windows environments, ensuring seamless functionality for all users.
* Respond promptly to service desk tickets, emails, and calls, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Document issues, solutions, and processes in the ticketing system to ensure knowledge sharing and process improvement.
* Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate complex issues when necessary.
* Assist in software installations, updates, and configurations as required.
* Maintain a strong focus on communication, ensuring users are informed throughout the troubleshooting process.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple devices and platforms.
* Proficiency in supporting both MacOS and Windows operating systems.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with team members when needed.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
