About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Northern Region Sales Manager to lead their sales operations across Northern NSW (north of the Sydney Metro). Based in Newcastle, this strategic leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and developing a high-performing sales and customer service team. You'll take charge of regional sales strategies, manage key accounts, and ensure alignment with broader business goals - all while maintaining a strong customer-first approach and focus on technical selling.
Key Responsibilities
Drive customer acquisition and expand market presence
Manage and grow key accounts across the Northern NSW region
Develop and implement effective pricing frameworks
Lead the execution of performance-driven sales strategies and processes
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Set sales targets and provide clear direction to your team
Coach, develop, and motivate team members to build a high-performance culture
