About the Role:
We are currently seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist to take on a Team Lead community role in Sunbury.
In this role you will work as part of a broader multidisciplinary team, providing assessments and effective therapeutic interventions that have a focus on building functional capacity. Also enjoy developing therapy plans with the goal of improving life satisfaction, function, and better social/community participation.
Work with a broad range of clientele where they live, work, learn and play, including their homes, workplace, or schools, as well as out in the broader community. See clients aged from 2-65 years, all under the NDIS. You will have the opportunity to tailor the caseload to suit your clinical interests and expertise.
This is a full-time position.

About You:
* Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
* 4-5 years’ experience is required
* SPA registration
* Thorough NDIS experience and understanding (min 1 year NDIS exp.)
* Ability to provide clinical leadership and support to individuals through joint work, supervision, consultation and mentoring
* A passion for assisting clients to reach their full potential
* A high level of written and verbal communication skills
* Strong documentation skills
* Exceptional time management skills
* A learning mindset with a desire to challenge your existing perception
* Enthusiasm to grow and expand your knowledge, skill-set and career
* Current drivers licence and registered vehicle
* NDIS Worker Check
* Eligible to work permanently in Australia
