Supporting Executives in Aged Care
The Executive Assistant role is crucial to the operations of a national regulator, supporting executives in their work towards a world-class aged care system. The selected candidate will provide comprehensive executive assistance to the Executive Director, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and effective task management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the Executive Director's diary, email, and travel arrangements to meet business priorities and deadlines.
* Coordinate briefings, prepare meeting papers, and provide logistical support as required.
* Develop and maintain systems to ensure efficient workflow within the Executive Director's office and group.

* Demonstrated ability to work in productive partnership with executives and their offices to achieve business results.
* Knowledge of the role and functions of the national regulator to support business priorities.
* Ability to identify and pursue opportunities to better support the Executive Director.
* Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications and capacity to quickly adapt to new digital tools.
