About The Role
Join the GH Capital Projects Directorate as a Project Support Officer, providing key administrative and project support across the full project life cycle.
This role offers a chance to contribute to capital infrastructure projects while ensuring project deliverables, budgets, and timelines are met.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with project status reports, tracking progress, risks, and issues
Prepare financial claims, reconcile invoices, and manage budgets
Support project documentation, presentations, and stakeholder engagement
Maintain project systems and databases, ensuring accurate records
Assist with low-risk project management and stakeholder coordination
Ensure compliance with industry standards and legislative requirements
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
Qualifications in business administration, Diploma in Project Management or equivalent
Experience in business administration or project support roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and project monitoring systems
Knowledge of project management standards and regulations
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
