For over a century, Ferguson Plarre Bakehouse has been creating food for people to fall in love with. Our brands exist to make people smile and we delight in serving up little moments of joy for all the family.
We are looking for talented individuals who are committed and bring a proactive, can-do approach to their work
You will need to be someone that is passionate about team culture, that lives and breathes exceptional customer service and is driven to deliver fresh food and coffee on the go to our customers.
How You Will Rise To The Occasion
To create a recipe for success, you will bring with you the following:
* A dash of enthusiasm, positivity, and optimism.
* A dollop of teamwork and collaboration.
* A passion for providing outstanding customer service.
* Experience in a fast-paced retail environment, ideally retail food.
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build relationships and work with people at all levels.
THE INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED
* Demonstrated history in customer service 1-3 Years.
* Flexibility in working hours (including 6.00am starts, 12pm finishes and weekends).
* A passion for coffee and coffee making skills (we love Baristas)
* Outstanding work ethic, honesty and reliability, and
* Willingness to learn and be part of a happy vibrant team.
* Love to trial and test new products.

Full barista training is available for this role.
