Our Partners, Gaelan Cooney and Marina Tinning are seeking a Lawyer with experience in a project finance, corporate and acquisition finance or broader finance-related experience to work across complex and challenging project finance and corporate finance matters. About You Our ideal candidate will have: At least 3 years PQE gained within a top-tier or mid-tier firm, or in-house;Strong technical skills in relation to finance law and drafting coupled with an ability to address legal advice within a commercial context;Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively, bring lawyers into matter workstreams and actively mentor lawyers;Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;Advanced drafting skills; and Exceptional attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills.
