Reporting to the Team Leader & National Executive of Property Management:
What You'll Do:
Further develop and implement this role with your enthusiasm and high level of initiative, strong communication skills with the aim of building long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Manage a portfolio of up to 160 properties
* Maintain regular, close professional relationships with clients
* Arrears & maintenance management
* Conduct condition reports and routine inspections
* Advise on and finalise annual rent reviews and lease renewals
* Prepare and attend QCAT applications
Who You Are:
* Passionate about Real Estate and Property Investment
* Possess excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving
* Thrive in a dynamic, faced paced environment and ability to multitask
* 3+ years' experience in end-to-end Residential Property Management
* Certificate of Registration or Licenced Estate Agent
* Reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
* Local to the South Brisbane area, highly regarded

This is a full-time position, our operating hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm. You will be provided with a hand over period and training. Work from home flexibility available after induction and training.
