Help shape innovative, buildable concepts for everything from rear strata homes and duplexes to large multi-residential subdivisions.
We re looking for a creative mind with technical know-how someone who can turn client visions into compliant, high-quality development designs with ease and precision.
Deliver Value as a key member of our Developments team, you'll create and document residential single and double storey developments in close collaboration with our experienced sales team.
You'll work on a diverse range of bespoke residential projects, leverage local knowledge and standards of R-Codes, NCC, and construction best practices to ensure your designs are both imaginative and practical.
A typical, yet diverse day will include: Design grouped dwelling, strata, and infill residential developments (including single and two-storey builds) Translate client briefs and planning constraints into compliant, functional concepts Produce accurate and professional working drawings using ArchiCAD Apply your expertise in R-Codes, NCC, and local planning regulations Collaborate with the sales team to ensure design feasibility and alignment with client expectations Support documentation accuracy through attention to detail and internal coordination What is unique and key about you- design-focused Draftsperson or Building Designer who brings: Minimum 2+ years of experience in residential building property development Proficiency in ArchiCAD and a solid understanding of design documentation Great communication and organisation skills you know how to manage timelines and stakeholder needs A passion for delivering clever, compliant, and client-focused designs The ability to work independently as well as thrive in a collaborative team environment Strong knowledge of R-Codes, NCC, and residential construction methods would be valuable
