What you'll be doing
Responsible for the provision of the high quality social work services to patients of WSLHD. Responsible for contributing to the planning, implementation, evaluation improvement & reporting of the social work service within the Chronic and Complex team.
Please note : To be eligible for permanent appointment to a position in NSW Health, you must have an Australian citizenship or permanent Australian residency.

Essential Criteria:
Qualifications: Degree in Social Work with eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Work (AASW).
