About the role
We are seeking experienced Gardeners / Garden Maintenance Workers to join the team at Bishops. This is a full-time casual position. As a key member of our Gardening & Landscaping team you'll be required to work well with the team, take and respond to instructions whilst having leadership and being able to work independently.
What you'll be doing
* Performing all aspects of garden maintenance, including mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, mulching and fertilizing
* Planting and maintaining a variety of plants, shrubs and trees
* Identifying and addressing any pest or disease issues in the gardens
* Providing excellent customer service and communicating with clients
* Ensuring a safe and tidy work environment at all times
What we're looking for
* Experience in gardening or landscaping
* Knowledge of plant care and garden maintenance techniques
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high quality work
* Good physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
* A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
