Your Role: Ready Return Officer
Location: Brisbane, Australia
Reporting to the Station Manager, the Ready Return Officer plays a critical part in ensuring excellent sales and customer service for our clients while driving the success of the location.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet each customer in a friendly and professional manner in the final stage of their journey.
* Ensure the customer experience has been positive and provide solutions for any issues that have occurred.
* Go the extra mile to ensure high quality service and provide a WOW experience for the customer.
* Assist customers who are commencing their journey.
* Conduct damage inspection of all returning vehicles; and any outgoing vehicles to retain customer peace of mind and overall satisfaction.
* Check vehicles for roadworthiness and ensuring appropriate oil levels and tyre pressure is consistently maintained.
* Check for any chips on the windscreens, panel damage or other general wear and tear on the vehicle.
Qualifications & Skills
* Previous experience in customer service, retail or sales.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers.
* Computer literacy skills required.
* Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster – 7‐day shift work including weekends and public holidays.
* Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Current and ongoing Australian work rights.
* A positive can‐do attitude.
