As our Account Manager, you'll be the commercial and strategic heartbeat across a portfolio of clients: nurturing trust, orchestrating outcomes with our Managed & Professional Services teams, and unlocking smart growth that actually serves the client.

What you'll do (the short version)
Grow accounts: Identify upsell/cross-sell, steer renewals, and run QBRs that clients look forward to.
Retain like a pro: Build strong relationships across executives, ops and tech teams.
Spot churn risks early and act fast.
Advise with substance: Turn discovery into pragmatic roadmaps across Microsoft 365/Azure, cybersecurity, backup/DR, networking and managed services.
Orchestrate delivery: Partner with Professional Services & Managed Services to turn promises into outcomes.
Champion the client: Escalate smart, communicate clearly and close every loop.
Outcomes we'll measure (12 months)
Net MRR Growth: Meet or exceed portfolio target with healthy GP.
Renewal Rate: Achieve target with meaningful scope uplift where value proves out.
Expansion Revenue (GP): From purposeful cross-sell/upsell, not random SKU-drops.
Client Health: NPS/CSAT on or above target; zero surprise churn.
Values in Action: Observable behaviours that match our four values.
The toolkit you'll bring
Solid MSP/ICT account management or service delivery experience with commercial ownership.
Familiar with PSA/RMM (ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA) and modern Microsoft stack.
C-suite to site-level clarity: executive communication plus technical empathy.
QBR discipline, renewal mechanics, margin awareness.
You can read a P&L and act on it.
Driver's licence & reliable car for Perth client visits.
Nice-to-haves: Sector expertise, familiarity with security solutions, and demonstrated success in cultivating multi-year client relationships.
