Job Title: RTO Support Specialist
This role plays a vital part in supporting student activities and resources within our Regional Training Organisation. You will be instrumental in building capacity in the Aboriginal health workforce, ensuring efficient management of training resources and student support services.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders. They must also maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations, possessing a commitment to continuous quality improvement and assurance.
* A local Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person with strong community connections.
* Understanding of the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) or willingness to learn.
Experience in an Aboriginal Medical Service, Registered Training Organisation, or the ACCHO sector, along with a Certificate IV in TAE, is highly regarded. A competitive salary and benefits package is available for this challenging yet rewarding role.
