Job Overview
As a Youth Worker, you will be at the forefront of shaping the lives of young people. You will work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement programs that promote social-emotional learning, leadership skills, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver engaging workshops, training sessions, and events for young people
* Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and internal teams
* Contribute to the development of program strategies, policies, and procedures
* Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, identifying areas for improvement
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Youth Work, Education, or a related field
* Proven experience working with young people, preferably in a youth-focused organisation
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
