9. Handle reservation cancellations and modifications.

11. Arrange programs and activities for clients.

12. Be aware of all processes involved in client relationships.

13. Prepare documents for front office use.

14. Book, cancel, or alter bookings as needed.

15. Possess complete knowledge of all categories handled by the Client Relationship Coordinator.

17. Maintain a priority list for all categories under responsibility.
