Job Title: Client Relationship Coordinator

About the Role:

">The Client Relationship Coordinator is responsible for managing client reservations and bookings. This role involves handling various requests, organizing reservation records, and preparing confirmation and cancellation letters.">">

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reserve and coordinate client travel arrangements.

2. Organize and maintain accurate records of client reservations.

3. Prepare and send confirmation and cancellation letters to clients.
">
4. Maintain knowledge of hotel, train, airline, and other travel industry services.
">
5. Track room facilities and amenities.
">
6. Rate hotels for easy client access.
">
7. Process reservations via telephone, mail, fax, or other mediums.
">
8. Make reservations for travel agents, airlines, and hotel services.
">
9. Handle reservation cancellations and modifications.
">
10. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor.
">
11. Arrange programs and activities for clients.
">
12. Be aware of all processes involved in client relationships.
">
13. Prepare documents for front office use.
">
14. Book, cancel, or alter bookings as needed.
">
15. Possess complete knowledge of all categories handled by the Client Relationship Coordinator.
">
16. Handle crisis periods effectively.
">
17. Maintain a priority list for all categories under responsibility.
">
18. Promote environmentally responsible practices and participate in related training sessions.
">
19. Implement energy-saving measures and predict environmental impacts of equipment.
">
20. Manage waste properly to reduce pollution and environmental harm.
">
21. Carry out responsibilities related to quality management systems.

22. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

23. Education: High school diploma or vocational training.
">
24. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a relevant role.

25. Foreign Language: Proficiency suitable for understanding related literature.

26. Courses and Training: Relevant seminars or courses attended.

27. Computer Literacy: MS Office and Front Office systems.

28. Special Qualifications: Knowledge of relevant legislation, practices, and systems; ability to perform related actions sequentially and in coordination.
