About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join the team in Rydalmere. This role will support both our sales function and general administrative operations, ensuring smooth workflow, accurate documentation, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration
* Answering calls and emails to resolve any issues or provide customer service.
* Processing sales orders
* Ensuring that purchase orders/invoices are matched correctly by number and vendor
* Resolving order and inventory problems by investigating data and history
* Generating and preparing meeting reports and sales reports
* Check and issuing service invoice
General Affairs/Office Administration
* Maintaining supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipts; stocking items; and delivering supplies to workstations.
* Performing administrative and office support activities directed by management
* Assisting the Administration Manager in providing advice and information to s on company policies and procedures
* Maintain and update WHS policy.
* Attend the WHS meeting and document the minutes.
* IT support
* Other duties as directed by the Employer from time to time.
About You
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic IT troubleshooting
* Experience in sales administration or a similar role is advantageous
