* Leadership Development: Oversee academic coordination, strategy, and policy of the program to achieve excellence in teaching medical or health professional students.
* Clinical Teaching Associates Management: Recruit, train, and support educators ensuring a sustainable and skilled pool.
* Curriculum Innovation: Develop and review teaching materials aligning with advances in medical knowledge and educational practice.
* Quality Assurance: Implement scholarly approaches to continuous improvement.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with health professional education programs and organisations to promote and expand the program.
* Research: Undertake collaborative research projects advancing the field of sensitive physical examination education.
* Teaching and Mentorship: Participate in teaching and provide academic guidance to Clinical Teaching Associates and students.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification such as Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners or equivalent qualifications.
* Expertise in sexual and reproductive health for all genders.
* Commitment to excellence in teaching medical or health professional students.
* Strong leadership skills and ability to build high-functioning teams.
* Record of scholarly publications and commitment to ongoing research.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
