The Opportunity
As a
Robotics Training Specialist
, you will be the key driver of surgeon onboarding, clinical training and ongoing utilisation. Your work will directly impact surgical confidence, procedure consistency and long-term commercial growth.
Responsibilities
Lead surgeon onboarding and training for robotic-assisted hip and knee procedures.
Deliver high-level education and upskilling for clinical specialists and sales teams.
Provide in-theatre support to build confidence and ensure flawless execution of robotic cases.
Influence utilisation and coach users through adoption milestones.
Act as the technical authority on workflows, system optimisation and best practice.
Train and develop both clinical and sales team members to become technical experts with the portfolio.
Who This Suits
Already hands-on with an orthopaedic robot (clinical or commercial backgrounds welcome).
Deeply knowledgeable in joint replacement—particularly hip and knee.
