Sales Enablement Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Enablement Specialist to join our fast-growing sales team. This key role will play a vital behind-the-scenes part in enabling our sales professionals to excel.
Main Responsibilities:
* Day-to-Day Operations Management: You will be responsible for overseeing the management of CRM systems, generating dashboards, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring streamlined sales workflows.
* Reporting and Dashboard Creation: Your task is to create and maintain accurate reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
* New Hire Support: Develop enablement materials to support new sales team members through onboarding and continuous training.
* Collaboration with Revenue Teams: Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success teams to drive operational excellence.
* Closed-Loop Reporting: Ensure CRM hygiene and data integrity across the team.
* Process Optimization: Drive process improvements and recommend tools or automation for increased efficiency.
