Key Responsibilities
- Oversee village operations, budgets, P&L;, and reporting
- Coordinate maintenance, asset management, and refurbishments
- Engage with residents, committees, families, and the community
- Ensure compliance with legislation, WHS, and industry standards
- Manage contractors and external service providers
Skills & Experience
- Experience as a Village Manager, Asset/Property/Strata Manager, or similar
- Strong financial, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
- Passion for enhancing resident wellbeing and satisfaction
