The Firm
Our client is a leading national law firm with a well regarded property and real estate practice. With offices across Australia, this firm prides itself on their innovative approach and commitment to building long lasting client relationships.
The Role
We are looking for a highly-organised and motivated Conveyancer/Property Paralegal to join a Doyle's guide recognised Partner and their team. Work on a variety of matters across multiple jurisdictions, including residential, commercial, high-end developments and off the plan.
Duties
- Handle a wide range of conveyancing matters from open to completion
- Obtain instructions from clients
- Review and prepare Contracts of Sale, and submit all necessary documents
- Attend to all settlement completion processes
- Maintain and oversee organisation of matters to ensure smooth transaction processes
Skills & Experience
- Up-to-date experience as a Conveyancer or Property Paralegal
- Strong team player with excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
- Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
- A people-person who can adapt to a collaborative national team
