With the Brisbane region experiencing rapid population growth, the health service is focussed on developing a robust hospital and health service including fit-for-purpose health and well-being spaces, interconnected buildings and multidisciplinary health services, along with research, education, and community partnerships. This permanent full-time position will see you delivering quality services across high security inpatient programs. Responsibilities include providing clinical leadership, mentoring and guiding multidisciplinary staff, contributing to assessment and treatment planning using a recovery-oriented approach, engaging in consultation liaison services, and providing training and development for junior doctors and other medical staff.
