About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Sales professional to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with rural retailers, farmers, fencing contractors, government bodies, and industry groups to drive growth and revenue.
Your primary objective will be to maximise sales revenue, margin, and volume of our rural products through extensive contact with end-users, distributor clients, and key influencers of buying decisions.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop comprehensive sales plans to achieve sales targets and stay up-to-date with market trends
* Influence large contractors, end-users, and other key stakeholders to achieve sales goals
* Demonstrate product benefits, provide training, and articulate the value proposition of our products
Key Qualifications
* An agricultural-related qualification is desirable but not essential
* A genuine passion for farming is crucial for success in this role
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills are required
* A positive attitude and drive to succeed are necessary
* Extensive training in demonstrating our products will be provided
