New position contributing to our Concord Palliative Care Team, this senior clinical position will be responsible for providing comprehensive social work service to patients, families and carers within our Inpatient Centre for Palliative Care.
Exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of specialised Palliative Care Social Work, Research and QI opportunities, supervision of staff, and with the SLHD Palliative Care MDT.

Ideal Candidate
* Must hold a Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Social Work that provides eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers, with experience at Level 2 or higher.
* Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge, skill and significant recent clinical experience in the provision of social work in a palliative care inpatient and or community setting.
* Currently holds a valid NSW driver’s licence (P1 and P2 licence acceptable).
* This position will be required to work on the Concord Social Work on Call Roster.
