Responsibilities
The Group Reservations Coordinator is responsible for liaising with travel and wholesale agents, companies, PCO's and social/leisure contacts for their group's requirements. The coordinator takes ownership for all aspects of a group booking and is required to communicate the details to all relevant departments within Crown in a timely, efficient, and professional manner in accordance with Crown's brand guidelines.
About you
Extensive experience in a customer service role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products
High level of interpersonal and communication skills including telephone, email, written and verbal presentation skills
Advanced time management and organisational skills
Ability to analyse problems, identify and implement appropriate solutions
Experience within the Travel/Hospitality Industry
Experience in Opera Property Management System and/or Amadeus
