**Job Description - SAP Managed Services Lead**
As our new SAP Managed Services Lead you will oversee an international team of SAP professionals operating the client's cloud-based SAP landscape. Your role will include the management of minor and major enhancements and supporting the client in strategic transformation and business improvements of the SAP estate and interfacing systems. You will directly manage the relationship with senior client stakeholders and work with the client and the Accenture account leadership team on the strategic direction of the services provided. Your responsibilities will include oversight of the quality of services and projects delivered, customer satisfaction, the engagement of the overall managed services team, and the management of the contract and its financial performance. If you have strong SAP Operations and Delivery skills and are looking for a new challenge - we would love to hear from you.
**General Responsibilities and Skillset**
- Maintain strong client relationships and improve client satisfaction.
- Align the service strategy to the client's needs.
- Create and maintain the service strategy.
- Manage and lead the international team of managed services professionals.
- Drive ongoing service optimisation including meeting and exceeding agreed service levels.
- Work with clients and customers to identify future demand.
- Work with clients to prioritize existing demand.
- Identify and grow strategic demand and work with the client on strategic transformation.
- Manage contract operations and financial performance.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Degree in computer science, engineering, business management or related discipline.
- Strong client communications and relationship building skills.
- Leadership of diverse, international delivery teams.
- Demonstrated experience in running complex, business critical SAP ERP landscapes.
- Contract operations and management of financial performance.
