Our Mackay team delivers high-quality diagnostic imaging to the local community, offering a full range of services including MRI, CT, Ultrasound, X-Ray, Dental Imaging and more all backed by a passionate and experienced team.
The Role
As a Part Time Medical Receptionist, you'll be a key point of contact for patients and referring practitioners.
This position offers 22.5 hours across Wednesday to Friday (no weekends)
Your duties will include:
Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism
Handling phone calls and scheduling appointments
Managing patient bookings and preparing documentation
Providing information on procedures, costs, and preparation requirements
Processing payments and performing end-of-day billing
Supporting the team in a busy, fast-paced environment

Who We're Looking For
Experience in customer service or admin (medical experience is a bonus, but not essential)
Great communication skills and a caring attitude toward patients
Confidence using computers and handling bookings
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
A flexible, team-player mindset
