About the Role: This is primarily an office-based internal B2B internal sales role, working from our Tingalpa, Brisbane head office. You’ll often be the first point of contact for businesses enquiring about certification and auditing services—helping them understand our offerings, providing indicative pricing, and supporting the sales team with industry engagement activities including social media, webinars and conferences. Over time, the role is expected to grow into a broader sales position, with increasing involvement in managing and converting opportunities. What You'll Be Doing Responding to inbound enquiries from businesses seeking certification or auditing services Providing indicative pricing and service information, and following up opportunities Maintaining and managing the sales pipeline within the CRM system Supporting lead generation and business development initiatives Assisting with LinkedIn and Facebook content and marketing campaigns & lead follow ups Helping prepare for webinars, workshops and industry conferences Working with the team to achieve sales targets and growth objectives About You Experience in internal or external B2B sales Comfortable communicating with a wide range of people – from small family-run “mum and dad” operations through to senior executives in large corporate organisations. Experience using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A self-starter who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment Sales from the food industry would be highly regarded Applicants must have full working rights in Australia.
