Warehouse Team Member Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient storage and dispatch of stock, as well as providing excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

* Receive Goods: You will receive goods from suppliers, unload them safely, and store them in the correct location.
* Provide Customer Service: You will provide great customer service to customers picking up orders, ensuring their needs are met and they leave satisfied.
* Maintain Records: You will maintain accurate records and invoices, ensuring all transactions are properly documented.
* Participate in Stock Takes: You will participate in regular stock takes, helping us to ensure our inventory is accurate and up-to-date.
* Facility Maintenance: You will maintain a safe work environment in the warehouse at all times, performing any necessary facility maintenance and layout adjustments.
