As an HR Advisor, you play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and development of our organization. This dynamic position involves delivering high-quality HR services across various functions, ensuring policies and practices are efficient, user-friendly, and compliant with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Review, update, and streamline HR policies and procedures to guarantee legislative compliance, clarity, and usability.
* Monitor key HR metrics (e.g. turnover, absenteeism, diversity) to identify trends and provide insights for improvement.
* Support leaders with employee relations matters including performance management, grievances, and conflict resolution.
* Collaborate on and lead key HR projects, including engagement, culture, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
* Administer user access and data accuracy within HR platforms, including Reward and Recognition systems.
* Act as a trusted first point of contact for HR queries, providing clear, timely advice to employees and managers.
* Deliver timely, tailored HR reports to support decision-making and business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
For this role, we're looking for a confident HR generalist with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for improving people practices. The ideal candidate will bring:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
* 3+ years of generalist HR experience across the employee lifecycle, including HR systems, recruitment, reporting, and L&D.
* Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms and reporting tools.
* Experience delivering HR projects, such as policy updates, process improvements, or system rollouts.
* A solid understanding of employment law; experience with relevant awards is a bonus.
* Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
