Responsibilities
Underwriting and analysing renewal business within delegated authority levels, supporting new business opportunities, and contributing to sales and retention targets.
Collaborating with Authorised Representatives and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and support Zurich's value proposition.
Leveraging data insights and underwriting tools to inform pricing, coverage decisions, and risk assessments.
Maintaining strong broker and client relationships to support retention, acquisition, and cross-sell opportunities.
Monitoring and managing portfolio performance, identifying trends and opportunities to improve profitability and risk selection.
Embracing Zurich's digital platforms to drive underwriting efficiency and enhance customer engagement.
Qualifications
Experience in liability underwriting, with a track record of sound decision-making and technical excellence.
Proficiency in risk assessment, exposure analysis, pricing, and use of underwriting tools and frameworks.
Strong working knowledge of General Insurance underwriting, relevant industry regulations, and market trends.
Excellent relationship management, sales, and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and underwriting discipline.
Continuous learning mindset and ability to adapt to evolving practices and digital transformation within the industry.
