About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to lead and deliver landscape construction projects to a high standard, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely completion within budget.
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
* Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff
* Maintaining accurate site records using internal systems
* Ensuring compliance with all WHS and quality standards
* Planning and coordinating all site resources, labour, and materials
* Training, mentoring, and managing team members across varying levels
* Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Well-developed organisational and time-management abilities
* Experience in scheduling, budgeting, and resource management
* Previous experience as a foreman or site supervisor in landscape construction
* A proactive, problem-solving approach with a commitment to safety and quality
* Strong leadership qualities with the ability to train and manage people at all levels
