Job Overview
As a Regional Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical specialists who support project delivery and adoption of best-in-class engineering tools and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, operate, and support enterprise digital management systems (EDMS) and collaborative design environments (CDE).
* Collaborate with project directors, managers, and engineers to define needs and requirements as part of a global technology specialist team delivering solutions.
* Develop and maintain core application portfolios from Autodesk, Bentley, ESRI, and Trimble, focusing on integration between disciplines and EDMS/CDE solutions.
* Drive innovation by working with vendors and technology providers to implement robust services that improve project delivery and align with business needs.
Requirements:
* Prior working experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry.
* Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
* Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
* Working knowledge of international industry standards and attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and standards.
