Project Manager – Regional Construction (Alice Springs, NT)

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Project Manager to lead regional and remote projects, drive project growth, and ensure organisational excellence. This is a senior leadership position, it requires a strong foundation in project management and a willingness to stay actively involved in key initiatives from planning through execution.
What you'll do:
Lead day-to-day operations and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
Drive business growth, performance, and operational efficiency
Oversee cross-functional teams and foster a high-performance culture
Direct and actively manage strategic projects from initiation to delivery
Implement project management best practices, tools, and governance
Monitor KPIs, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
Report to executive leadership on performance and project milestones
What we're looking for:
Proven experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or Senior Business Leader
Strong background in project management (PMP or equivalent certification is a plus)
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
Commercial acumen with strong financial and operational understanding
Hands-on leadership style — comfortable rolling up your sleeves when needed
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
