A well-established organisation in the aged care and property space is seeking a finance professional to lead its transactional finance function. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on operational finance, systems improvement, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead accounts payable, receivable, and treasury functions
- Oversee billing, settlements, and revenue recognition processes
- Drive process improvement and automation across finance operations
- Support ERP rollouts and finance transformation initiatives
- Manage a small team and collaborate across legal, procurement, and operations
About You
- CA or CPA qualified with 5+ years in senior finance roles
- Solid background in transactional finance and systems optimisation
- Experience with enterprise finance platforms (e.g. TechnologyOne)
- Comfortable working across departments and driving change
- Sector experience in aged care, healthcare, or property is a bonus
